Coming from Turkey to play D1 volleyball and study business at the University of Nevada, Reno has been an adventure. Being far from my family pushed me to grow, become independent, and face challenges head-on. Between early practices, tough games, and long study nights, I’ve learned to love the grind, celebrate small victories, and enjoy every step of this journey. Volleyball isn’t just a sport—it’s part of who I am, and I couldn’t imagine my life without it.
